Rooms are between £69/99 per week - £299/429 per month, paid monthly in advance.

A 2nd Person Supplement is charged where two people take the room this equates to £1. 61 per day & is added onto the monthly figure.

We take two months advance rent to move in (First month’s rent & last month’s rent). This must be paid on the day off moving in either in cash, by bankers draft or BACS credit.

Rent includes all Bills, except phone.

The properties are in Canterbury & Ramsgate & all properties have a cleaner. Both properties in Ramsgate are cleaned on the Monday, Wednesday & Friday of each week (Bedrooms are not cleaned/Responsibility of Tenant). The property in Canterbury is cleaned weekly.

All Properties have BT Business Wi-Fi & Cabled Broadband to all rooms.

We own two properties within Crescent Road, Ramsgate. One of the properties has a large dining area. We also have our property in Canterbury which is close to CanterburyWest Station.

PLEASE NOTE: - We now charge a £99 Refundable Key Deposit. This is required so that if you lose your keys or do not hand them back then this will cover the cost of replacing your keys. If you lose your keys through your tenancy you will be required to pay for replacement front door lock, plus keys for yourself & any fellow tenants living in the property at the time of LOSS.

Unlike most Letting Agents we own all our own properties & as a result we have been able to keep Administration, referencing & Tenancy Costs to a minimum.

Charges 0-3 Months:- £49 Contract Fee

If staying 6 Months renewal is:- £29 every 6 Months

Tenant Referencing Fee of £35 per applicant is only payable if you do not meet one of the two criteria options below:-

Last 3 Months Pay Slips & Proof of Address (Tax code advice/Driving Licence/Utility Bill i.e. Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity)

Or. Contract of Employment if you are taking up a new position of employment & 2 months advance rent plus last month’s rent (3 Months in advance as opposed to 2)
